What we do

Tell us what you're shipping. One clear price. We take it from there. Here To There Transports ("Here To There," "we") arranges the transport of your shipment and handles the details from pickup to delivery — one point of contact, start to finish.

Quotes are free, no strings

Getting a quote costs nothing and obligates you to nothing. Your quoted price is a single, all-in price — no booking fees, and no fees added on top. Any processing costs are already included in the price we quote you.

Booking and payment

• To lock in your shipment, we collect a deposit — a share of your quoted price, agreed with you per shipment.
• The balance is due around delivery. We'll tell you exactly when for your shipment.
• You'll pay through a secure payment link we send you — one tap, no account at the payment company needed.

Your account

Quotes are managed through your customer account, so your shipment details stay saved and trackable. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for anything done under your account.

Your responsibilities

• Describe what you're shipping honestly — item, size, weight, and anything fragile or unusual.
• Make sure someone (or a way in) is available at pickup and delivery, as agreed.
• Don't ask us to move anything illegal, unsafe, or hazardous. If you're not sure about an item, ask us first.

Coverage

Every shipment is covered while it's in our hands. Details of coverage are included with your quote — ask us if you want them before you book.

If plans change

Life happens. Contact us as early as you can and we'll tell you exactly where things stand and what your options are — including your deposit.
